يُعد المحرك الأساسي للعملية الإنتاجية، حيث تقع عليه و يتولى قيادة ومسؤولية التربية والإنتاج وتحويل المدخلات (كتكوت، علف، رعاية) إلى مخرجات نهائية (لحم دجاج عالي الجودة) بتحقيق أعلى معدلات الكفاءة الإنتاجية (EPEF)، وتحسين معامل التحويل الغذائي (FCR) وأقل تكلفة ممكنة. مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الأمن الحيوي في المزارع التابعة للشركة وتتوزع الاختصاصات بالتفصيل على المحاور التالية:1. التخطيط الإستراتيجي والتشغيلي لخطط التربية
وضع خطط التسكين: جدولة مواعيد دخول الكتاكيت (تسكين العنابر) والخروج (البيع/التسويق) بالتنسيق مع إدارة المبيعات لضمان استمرارية الإنتاج وتلبية طلب السوق.
إدارة وتوفير المدخلات: الإشراف على أختيار وتوريد الكتاكيت من قطاع الأمهات أو المفرخات بجودة عالية، وتأمين ورقابه جوده كميات الأعلاف المناسبة لكل مرحلة عمرية (بادي، نامي، ناهي).
2. الإشراف الميداني الفني والبيطري
مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الحيوية: المتابعة اليومية والأسبوعية لمعدلات النمو، والأوزان المستهدفة، ومعدل التحويل الغذائي (FCR)، ونسب النفوق (Mortality Rate).
إدارة الرعاية والبيئة الداخلية: ضمان كفاءة تشغيل أنظمة التحكم البيئي في العنابر المغلقة (تعديل درجات الحرارة، الرطوبة، التهوية، والإضاءة) وفقاً للأدلة الإرشادية لكل سلالة (مثل Cobb, Ross, Arbor Acres).
برامج الأمن الحيوى (Biosecurity): الإشراف الصارم على تطبيق إجراءات الأمن الحيوي لمنع دخول الأمراض، وإدارة خطط التحصين والأدوية البيطرية بالتنسيق مع الفريق الطبي.
3. الإدارة المالية وتقليل التكاليف
إدارة الميزانية التشغيلية: مراقبة وضبط تكاليف الإنتاج، والتركيز على تقليل الهدر في الأعلاف والمياه والطاقة (الكهرباء والوقود).
تحليل الانحرافات: دراسة أي انحراف في الأداء الإنتاجي أو المالي لقطيع معين، واتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية فورية لمعالجة المشكلة.
4. كتابة التقارير وتحليل البيانات
تقارير دورة الإنتاج المالية والفنية: إعداد كشوف إغلاق الدورات الإنتاجية (Flock Close-out Reports) التي توضح الأداء الفني والربحية لكل عنبر أو مزرعة.
التقارير الإدارية: رفع تقارير دورية (أسبوعية/شهرية) للإدارة العليا حول إنتاجية القطاع، التحديات الميدانية، والحلول المقترحة.
5. إدارة الكادر البشري وتطوير المزارع
الإشراف على فرق العمل: قيادة وتوجيه مهندسي الإنتاج، الأطباء البيطريين، والمشرفين، والعمال في مختلف المواقع.
التحديث والتطوير: اقتراح وتطبيق التقنيات الحديثة في التربية وعزل العنابر لرفع كفاءة الإنتاج ومواكبة تطورات صناعة الدواجن.
6. تنسيق مبيعات الدواجن :
جدولة وخطة رفع القطيع (الحصاد): التنسيق قبل نهاية الدورة بـ 5 أيام مع تجار الدواجن (المسوقين) أو المجازر لترتيب مواعيد "رفع الفراخ" وتوزيع الكميات.
إصدار أذونات التحميل: تنظيم دخول سيارات النقل (الأقفاص) إلى المزارع وتوثيق أعداد وأوزان الطيور الصادرة من كل عنبر بدقة.
متابعة البورصة اليومية: رصد أسعار بورصة الدواجن اللحم يومياً وتحديث أسعار البيع بناءً عليها بالتنسيق مع الإدارة.
إدارة اللوجستيات الحيوية: التنسيق مع إدارة المزرعة لضمان تطبيق إجراءات الأمن الحيوي (تطهير سيارات النقل قبل دخولها المزرعة للحصاد).
التحصيل عند التحميل (Cash on Delivery): التأكد من استلام مبالغ البيع (أو جزء متفق عليه) نقداً أو بموجب تحويلات بنكية فورية من التجار قبل أو أثناء تحميل السيارات من المزرعة.
مطابقة موازين البسكول: مراجعة "بونات الميزان" (الوزن القائم والملقوف) الصادرة من القبان (البسكول) ومطابقتها مع المبالغ المستلمة من التاجر لضمان عدم وجود فروقات.
متابعة مسحوبات كبار العملاء / المجازر: إذا كان التعامل مع مجازر بعقود آجلة، يتم متابعة تحصيل المستحقات خلال فترة الائتمان المتفق عليها (مثلاً 7 إلى 14 يوماً من الاستلام) لضمان ضخ السيولة للدورة الجديدة (شراء الكتاكيت والأعلاف).
إغلاق الحساب المالي للدورة: إعداد تقرير مالي سريع يربط بين إجمالي الأوزان المباعة من الـ 150 ألف طائر وإجمالي المبالغ المحصلة فعلياً وإغلاق حسابات التجار لكل دورة على حدة.
المؤهلات والشروط المطلوبة:
· المؤهل الدراسي: بكالوريوس طب بيطري أو بكالوريوس علوم زراعية (تخصص إنتاج حيواني/داجني).
· الخبرة: خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 7 إلى 10 سنوات في مزارع تسمين الدواجن (يفضل في العنابر المغلقة - Closed System)، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب إداري أو قيادي.
· المهارات الفنية: معرفة تامة بأحدث أنظمة التهوية، التدفئة، التغذية الأوتوماتيكية، وإدارة بيئة العنبر.
· المهارات الإدارية: شخصية قيادية قوية، قدرة عالية على حل المشكلات وإدارة الأزمات، ومهارات متقدمة في التخطيط والتحليل المالي للقطاع.
· الحاسب الآلي: إجادة تامة للتعامل مع برامج الإكسيل (Excel) وإعداد العروض التقديمية والتقارير الفنية.
