Production Manager – Ready-made Garments Factory in Cairo We are set to establish a new ready-made garments factory in Cairo specializing in manufacturing for others (Private Label / Contract Manufacturing), targeting local, regional, and international brands. We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to join the project from the establishment phase, participating in creating, organizing, and operating the entire production system. The factory’s main products: men’s underwear, children’s underwear, cotton T-shirts, boxer shorts, cotton-spandex underwear, summer pajamas, winter pajamas. Location: Rehab Garden 8, New Cairo, Egypt We are looking for an experienced Central Kitchen Production Manager to lead and optimize our Central Kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Operations Management * Lead and manage all Central Kitchen production departments.* Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts.* Ensure all products are prepared according to company recipes and quality standards.* Monitor production capacity and maximize operational efficiency.* Coordinate production schedules with Supply Chain and Retail Operations. Team Leadership * Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and teams.* Set KPIs and performance objectives.* Conduct performance evaluations.* Plan manpower requirements and shift schedules.* Identify training needs and support continuous staff development. Food Quality & Safety * Ensure full compliance with HACCP and Food Safety standards.* Monitor hygiene practices across all production areas.* Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions. Cost & Inventory Control * Control food cost and minimize production waste.* Monitor production yields and labor productivity.* Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation.* Coordinate purchasing requirements and optimize raw material utilization. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Production Manager or Central Kitchen Manager in a Central Kitchen, restaurant chain, catering, or food production environment.* Strong leadership and people management skills.* Solid knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Systems.* Experience in production planning, inventory management, cost control, and KPI management.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost targets are achieved. • Drive Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement, including Kaizen, line balancing, cycle time, standard work and waste elimination. • Lead and develop a large production workforce, including supervisors, line leaders and operators. • Optimize manpower, capacity, productivity and production flow. • Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer requirements. • Drive shop-floor performance, problem solving and operational discipline. Qualifications and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related field. • 10–14 years of manufacturing experience, including 3–5 years in a production leadership role. • Strong experience in automotive manufacturing, wiring harness, cable assembly or high-volume manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, 5 Why, line balancing and productivity improvement. • Proven experience leading large blue-collar teams. • Hands-on, data-driven and strong in people leadership and problem solving. • Lean Six Sigma certification and knowledge of IATF 16949 are highly desirable. </div>
