<strong>IT Infrastructure Management</strong>:&nbsp;<br>• Oversee the management, configuration, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.&nbsp;<br>• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT services and infrastructure.&nbsp;<br>• Manage and optimize cloud-based services and on-premises systems to meet business needs.&nbsp;<br><strong>Technical Support and Troubleshooting</strong>:&nbsp;<br>• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware, software, and network issues.&nbsp;<br>• Respond to escalated support requests and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.&nbsp;<br>• Ensure that all issues are addressed effectively.&nbsp;<br><strong>System Security and Data Protection</strong>:&nbsp;<br>• Ensure the implementation and enforcement of IT security protocols to safeguard against cyber threats and data breaches.&nbsp;<br>• Regularly assess and upgrade the organization’s IT security infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption protocols.&nbsp;<br>• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards and policies.&nbsp;<br><strong>Project Management and Implementation</strong>:&nbsp;<br>• Lead IT-related projects from planning to execution, including hardware and software upgrades, network expansions, and system migrations.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technical needs and implement tailored IT solutions.&nbsp;<br>• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.<br>&nbsp;<strong>Documentation and Reporting</strong>:&nbsp;<br>• Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures&nbsp;<br>• Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and IT support activities<br>• Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations based on IT metrics and performance data<br><strong>Vendor and Stakeholder Management</strong>:&nbsp;<br>• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers<br>• Negotiate contracts, track service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensure the organization receives&nbsp;<br>optimal value for IT services and products<br><br><strong>Job Requirements</strong><br>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related field.<br>Minimum of five years of experience in PC, server, and network support.<br>Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT applications.<br>Proven ability to analyze information systems and enhance their effectiveness.<br>Knowledge of infrastructure methodologies and techniques for system application and data movement to multi-cloud environments.<br>Experience in developing process flow diagrams and systems documentation.<br>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<br>Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming.<br>Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
