Job Description<br>Preparing and implementing project plans with an estimated cost for each project.<br>Conducting research regarding materials and techniques used in construction of buildings or other structures<br>Monitoring construction processes and providing training and team building sessions are required.<br>Conducting inspections during the construction process to ensure that construction meets building codes and standards.<br>Conducting feasibility assessments and site inspections.<br>Manage the project budgets, resources, deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.<br>Preform the site duties well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<br>Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.<br>Maintaining and repairing existing structures such as water towers, roads, and sewer line, MEP, etc<br>Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.<br>To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager.<br><br>Job Requirements<br>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.<br>4+ years of experience.<br>Experience in plant maintenance<br>AutoCAD is Must.<br>Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business and technical writing.<br>Good knowledge in using the Technical office programs.<br>Very Good English
