Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical QC Engineer to join our team and support the execution of HV/MV Substation and Infrastructure projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring that electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Similar current substation QC roles emphasize inspections, ITPs, NCR management, documentation, and coordination with clients and consultants. Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures for electrical works. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare utilities shop drawings based on IFC drawings, specifications, standard details, authority requirements, and project procedures. 2. Position Summary Shinebed is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our factory team in Egypt. This position will be responsible for monitoring and improving product quality throughout the entire manufacturing process, from incoming raw materials and in-process production to final inspection and shipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on quality experience in home textiles, bedding, soft goods, garments, or a related manufacturing environment. The QA Engineer will work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet Bedshe’s quality standards, customer specifications, and export requirements. Key Responsibilities Monitor product quality throughout the full manufacturing process, including incoming materials, cutting, sewing, filling, assembly, packaging, and finished goods. Conduct incoming, in-process, pre-final, and final inspections based on company standards and customer requirements. Inspect fabrics, stitching, workmanship, dimensions, weight, color, labeling, packaging, and overall product appearance. Ensure finished products comply with approved samples, product specifications, packaging requirements, and AQL standards. Previous experience in home textiles, bedding, garments, soft goods, furniture, mattresses, or consumer products is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality control processes and inspection procedures. Familiarity with quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis. Experience with AQL inspection standards is preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work closely with factory production teams in a fast-paced environment. Good communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Good written and spoken English.
