An Incoming Quality Engineer (IQC Engineer)

is responsible for inspecting, testing, and approving all raw materials and components entering a manufacturing facility before they hit the production line.

Core Job Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, specifically focused on supplier quality or incoming material inspection.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Blueprint & GD&T Proficiency: Ability to read complex engineering drawings and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Sampling Plans: Deep understanding of statistical sampling standards like AQL
• QMS Knowledge: Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001,
