We Are Hiring: QA-QC Engineer
EMAJ for Trading & Engineering A Leading Company in Commercial Kitchen Equipment Solutions Location: Belbays – Al-Sharqia 2 Days off (Friday & Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:· Inspect incoming raw materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications before production.· Monitor and inspect quality throughout all manufacturing stages, including laser cutting, bending, welding, assembly, finishing, and final product inspection.· Record Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.· Conduct routine inspections of measuring instruments and testing equipment to ensure calibration and accuracy.· Monitor the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).· Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.· Investigate workplace incidents, prepare reports, and provide daily updates on quality deviations and safety observations.
Job Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.· 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or HSE is PLUS· Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication, stainless steel manufacturing, or commercial kitchen equipment is preferred.· Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, inspection techniques, and quality management systems.
