مهمتك هي قيادة التوجه التقني لمنصتنا للهواتف المحمولة. هذا دور قيادي هندسي عملي يتطلب خبرة عميقة في تطوير تطبيقات iOS ومعرفة واسعة عبر نظام الهواتف المحمولة، بما في ذلك نظام Android وتقنيات المنصات المتقاطعة مثل Flutter.
ستتولى مسؤولية هندسة تطبيق iOS الخاص بنا، وتوجيه المواهب الأخرى، والمساعدة في بناء منتجات هواتف محمولة قابلة للتوسع من الصفر.
ما ستتولى مسؤوليته:
قيادة هندسة وتوجه منصة iOS الخاصة بنا. تصميم وبناء تطبيقات هواتف محمولة قابلة للتوسع والصيانة وعالية الأداء من الصفر. اتخاذ قرارات هندسية رئيسية تدعم نمو المنتج على المدى الطويل. توجيه وتدريب مهندسي iOS وAndroid والمهندسين متعددين الوظائف. قيادة النقاشات التقنية ومراجعات التصميم وهندسة البرمجيات. التعاون مع مديري المنتجات والمصممين لتحويل متطلبات العمل إلى حلول تقنية. العمل عن كثب مع فرق الواجهة الخلفية (Backend) بشأن تصميم واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (API) وهندسة الهواتف المحمولة. بناء وصيانة خطوط أنابيب CI/CD حديثة للهواتف المحمولة لتمكين إصدارات سريعة وموثوقة. تحسين جودة الإصدار من خلال اختبارات الأتمتة والتكامل المستمر. تحديد ومراقبة أداء التطبيق، وحالات التعطل، ووقت البدء، واستخدام الذاكرة، ومقاييس الموثوقية. تحديد عقبات الأداء وتحسين تجربة المستخدم بشكل مستمر. تقديم تقنيات وممارسات هندسية جديدة تحسن إنتاجية المطورين. تولي مسؤولية المبادرات التقنية من الفكرة إلى الإنتاج.

أكثر من 7 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في تطوير تطبيقات الهواتف المحمولة. خبرة واسعة في بناء وإطلاق تطبيقات iOS واسعة النطاق. خبرة مثبتة في قيادة المبادرات التقنية وتوجيه المهندسين. خبرة في بناء منتجات أو منصات من الصفر. خبرة قوية في العمل ضمن فرق منتجات مرنة (Agile). حس تجاري وقدرة ممتازة على فهم المنتج، مع القدرة على التحول بسرعة إلى عقلية مهندس المنتج.

Your Mission is to lead the technical direction of our mobile platform. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role with deep expertise in i OS development and broad knowledge across the mobile ecosystem, including Android and cross-platform technologies such as Flutter.
You will own the architecture of our i OS application, mentor other talents, and help build scalable mobile products from the ground up.
What You’ll Own
Lead the architecture and technical direction of our i OS platform. Design and build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile applications from scratch. Make key architectural decisions that support long-term product growth. Mentor and coach i OS, Android, and cross-functional engineers. Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture reviews. Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Work closely with Backend teams on API design and mobile architecture. Build and maintain modern Mobile CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases. Improve release quality through automation testing and continuous integration. Define and monitor application performance, crashes, startup time, memory usage, and reliability metrics. Identify performance bottlenecks and continuously optimize user experience. Introduce new technologies and engineering practices that improve developer productivity. Own technical initiatives from concept to production.
Who You Are
7+ years of professional experience in mobile application development. Extensive experience building and shipping large-scale i OS applications. Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers. Experience building products or platforms from scratch. Strong experience working in Agile product teams. Excellent product sense and business understanding, with the ability to quickly transition into a Product Engineer mindset.
