This position is responsible for guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing process, including conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, and preparing documentation. Daily tasks include prospecting and following up with leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and staying informed about local market trends and Taj Developments’ projects. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to present properties effectively, participate in open houses and events, and ensure a professional customer experience. The role requires consistent on-site presence to support clients, coordinate with project teams, and represent the company within the community.<br>Qualifications<br> Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices. Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and experience in managing Real Property transactions. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and client relationship management. Candidates should possess strong negotiation, presentation, and time management skills. Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools and basic office software. Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Ezbet Zayed, including field visits and property tours. Candidates should preferably have prior experience in residential real estate or property development; fluency in relevant local languages is an advantage. Candidates should ideally hold a diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
