Join dsm-firmenich as a Production Operator at our Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) premix plant in Sadat City. In this hands-on role, you will operate manufacturing processes, handle raw materials, support safe and efficient production, and ensure quality standards are met in a dynamic production environment offering long-term career growth. مهندس خدمات ميدانية – خطوط فرز الحمضيات البصرية وتقشير البطاطس بالبخار ملخص الوظيفة نحن نبحث عن مهندس خدمات ميدانية يتمتع بدافعية عالية وخبرة عملية لدعم عمليات التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحسين معدات فرز الحمضيات البصرية وخطوط معالجة تقشير البطاطس بالبخار. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في الأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية، وخبرة في أنظمة الأتمتة الصناعية، والقدرة على العمل مباشرة مع العملاء في بيئات معالجة الأغذية. المسؤوليات الرئيسية • تركيب وتشغيل واختبار وتحسين آلات فرز الحمضيات البصرية وأنظمة تقشير البطاطس بالبخار في مواقع العملاء. • إجراء الصيانة الوقائية وعمليات الفحص والمعايرة والإصلاحات الطارئة للأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والهوائية والهيدروليكية وأنظمة التحكم المنطقي القابل للبرمجة (PLC). • تشخيص واستكشاف أخطاء النظام التي تشمل المستشعرات والكاميرات والسيور الناقلة وأنظمة البخار والصمامات والمحركات وأجهزة التحكم ولوحات التحكم. • دعم دمج المعدات مع عمليات معالجة الأغذية وخطوط التعبئة الحالية. • تكوين وضبط أنظمة الفحص والفرز البصري لزيادة جودة المنتج والإنتاجية والكفاءة التشغيلية إلى أقصى حد. • مساعدة العملاء في تشغيل الآلات وتحسين العمليات وتقليل هدر المنتج ووقت التوقف عن العمل. • قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية والرسومات الميكانيكية ومخططات الأنابيب والآلات (P&IDs) ووثائق PLC. • تقديم تدريب فني ودعم ميداني للمشغلين وفرق الصيانة وموظفي المصنع. • إعداد تقارير الخدمة ووثائق الصيانة والتوصيات الفنية بعد زيارات الخدمة. • التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والدعم الفني لحل المشكلات الميدانية المعقدة. • تمثيل الشركة باحترافية مع بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء. المؤهلات والخبرة • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة الميكاترونكس. • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الخدمات الميدانية في محطات تعبئة الحمضيات أو أنظمة معالجة الأغذية أو خطوط الإنتاج المؤتمتة. • تُفضل بشدة الخبرة في العمل مع معدات فرز الحمضيات البصرية أو أنظمة تقشير البطاطس بالبخار أو آلات التصنيف/الفرز أو آلات معالجة الأغذية. معرفة قوية بـ: • أنظمة PLC والأتمتة الصناعية. • دوائر الطاقة الكهربائية والتحكم. • المستشعرات وأجهزة القياس وأدوات التحكم في المحركات. • الأنظمة الهوائية والهيدروليكية. • التجميعات الميكانيكية وأنظمة السيور الناقلة. • القدرة على استكشاف الأخطاء الكهربائية والميكانيكية وإصلاحها بشكل مستقل في الميدان. • الإلمام بأنظمة واجهة الآلة البشرية (HMI) ومحركات التردد المتغير (VFD) والشبكات الصناعية ولوحات التحكم يعد ميزة إضافية. • القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات الفنية والرسومات الهندسية. • مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات وخدمة العملاء. • مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل مع فرق وعملاء من ثقافات متعددة. • الاستعداد للسفر المكثف (بنسبة تصل إلى 60-70%) محلياً. • رخصة قيادة سارية وامتلاك سيارة. متطلبات بيئة العمل والظروف البدنية • القدرة على العمل في مصانع معالجة الأغذية، ومحطات التعبئة، والمزارع، والبيئات الصناعية. • القدرة على العمل في ظروف حارة أو رطبة أو باردة أو مبللة أو في أماكن ضيقة عند الضرورة. • القدرة على الوقوف والانحناء والركوع وتسلق السلالم ورفع أدوات/معدات الخدمة. • القدرة على السفر بشكل متكرر والاستجابة لاحتياجات خدمة العملاء في وقت قصير. • يجب أن يكون قادراً على تمييز ألوان الأسلاك والمؤشرات بدقة. • يجب الالتزام بجميع متطلبات سلامة الأغذية وسلامة المصنع ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE). المهارات المفضلة • خبرة في تقنية الفرز البصري أو أنظمة الرؤية الآلية أو معدات المعالجة بالبخار. • معرفة بمعايير الصرف الصحي والنظافة في صناعة الأغذية. • خبرة في تكليف وبدء تشغيل خطوط المعالجة الصناعية. • الإلمام بأنظمة التشخيص عن بُعد وأنظمة التقارير الفنية. • إتقان لغات متعددة يعد ميزة إضافية.

Field Service Engineer – Citrus Optical Sizing & Potato Steam Peeling lines Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of citrus optical sizing equipment and potato steam peeling processing lines. The ideal candidate will have strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience with industrial automation systems, and the ability to work directly with customers in food processing environments. Key Responsibilities •Install, commission, test, and optimize citrus optical sizing machines and potato steam peeling systems at customer sites.•Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, calibration, and emergency repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems.•Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues involving sensors, cameras, conveyors, steam systems, valves, motors, drives, and control panels.•Support integration of equipment with existing food processing and packing line operations.•Configure and tune optical inspection and sorting systems to maximize product quality, throughput, and operational efficiency.•Assist customers with machine operation, process optimization, and reduction of product waste and downtime.•Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and PLC documentation.•Provide on-site technical training and support to operators, maintenance teams, and plant personnel.•Prepare service reports, maintenance documentation, and technical recommendations following service visits.•Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex field issues.•Represent the company professionally while building strong customer relationships. Qualifications & Experience •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.•3–5 years of field service experience in citrus packhouses, food processing systems, or automated production lines.•Experience working with citrus optical sizing equipment, potato steam peeling systems, grading/sorting machines, or food processing machinery is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of:•PLC systems and industrial automation•Electrical power and control circuits•Sensors, instrumentation, and motor controls•Pneumatic and hydraulic systems•Mechanical assemblies and conveyor systems•Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults independently in the field.•Familiarity with HMI systems, VFDs, industrial networking, and control panels is an advantage.•Ability to read and understand technical schematics and engineering drawings.•Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.•Strong communication skills and ability to work with multicultural teams and customers.•Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60–70%) domestically.•Valid driver’s license and owns a car. Physical & Work Environment Requirements •Ability to work in food processing plants, packing houses, farms, and industrial environments.•Comfortable working in hot, humid, cold, wet, and confined-space conditions when required.•Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift service tools/equipment.•Ability to travel frequently and respond to customer service needs on short notice.•Must be able to distinguish wiring and indicator colors accurately.•Must follow all food safety, plant safety, and PPE requirements. Preferred Skills •Experience with optical sorting technology, machine vision systems, or steam processing equipment.•Knowledge of food industry sanitation and hygiene standards.•Experience with commissioning and startup of industrial processing lines.•Familiarity with remote diagnostics and technical reporting systems.• Multilingual communication skills are a plus.
