The role will manage key customer relationships, lead a sales team, develop channel partners and distributors, and collaborate with technical, supply chain, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve revenue targets.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Sales Strategy & Planning</p><ul><li><p>Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for HDPE pipes aligned with company objectives and market demand.</p></li><li><p>Define annual sales targets, territory plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to achieve revenue and margin goals.</p></li><li><p>Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and risks.</p></li></ul><p>Business Development & Key Accounts</p><ul><li><p>Identify, prospect, and win new customers across sectors such as municipal water, irrigation, industrial, oil & gas, and construction.</p></li><li><p>Manage and grow strategic key accounts through regular engagement, commercial negotiations, and value-added proposals.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and government procurement bodies.</p></li></ul><p>Technical & Commercial Support</p><ul><li><p>Work closely with Technical and Product teams to develop tailored HDPE pipe solutions, specifications, and value propositions for customers.</p></li><li><p>Support tender responses, product demonstrations, technical clarifications, and site visits as required.</p></li><li><p>Provide commercial guidance on pricing, payment terms, contracts, and warranty conditions to protect company interests while meeting customer needs.</p></li></ul><p>Marketing & Market Development</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with Marketing to develop product collateral, case studies, technical datasheets, and promotional campaigns targeted at key segments.</p></li><li><p>Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer forums to promote HDPE pipe solutions and collect market intelligence.</p></li><li><p>Drive specification inclusion with consultants and engineers through technical seminars, training sessions, and joint site activities.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
