<p><strong>Envision Employment Solutions</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Operations Manager</strong> for one of our partners, a global leader in <strong>Information Technology Services & Consulting</strong>!</p><br><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><br><p>The <strong>Operations Manager</strong> is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the revenue generation systems, namely the operators, the workflow and the hardware and playback device. This manager is the primary contact between that facilitates the proper execution for on-site jobs.</p><br><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Supervises all operational staff.</li><li>Ensure they execute all on-site jobs to the standards detailed in the companies SOPs and ensures the priority order of production as laid down by the Production Manager</li><li>Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for improvement or revision.</li><li>In conjunction with the Global QA manager, is responsible for the quality of the deliverable to the client.</li><li>Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and provides strategic solutions.</li><li>Own and/or support the various JIRA Work Management boards that track all business activities for both Jobs and Projects</li><li>Coordinates with the Production Manager in long-term planning, job status reporting, and implementing change control processes alongside the Global QA manager.</li><li>Contributes to reporting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics as presented by Power Bi</li><li>Work with the global service and support departments; ORKA – Infrastructure and Production systems to Follow the Opportunity and Order/Job Build processes and using JIRA Work Management – (Service)</li><li>Work with all the companies service and support teams both globally and locally to ensure routine and preventative maintenance is carried out</li><li>Use supporting ORKA data to provide continual analysis on operator performance as well as machine performance</li><li>Supports and promotes the companies ISMS - Information Security Management System</li></ul> </div>
