<p>Prepares periodic reports regarding the function activities and achievements. Participate in the periodic meetings with direct manager ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year. Study project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.). Prepare the shop drawing for construction projects. Study and prepares requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. Review subcontractors' shop drawings and design drawing as well as outsourced drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant. Review BIM model and ensure quality to Owner s standard. Coordinate with Surveying team to provide them with all the information about land and any site measurement required. Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical issues, and other problems that may arise during construction to the direct manager for discussion and provide proper solution timely. Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hands over to the project consultant. Prepare sub-contractors periodically, Qs, invoices and compares it according to the project budget. Prepare materials cut off list, procurement plan and analyze technical & financial offers. Study and review all tender documents received by business unit including instructions to tenders, contract general and special conditions, specifications, drawings and preparing BOQ. Participate in value engineering workshops. Participate in strategy workshops and actively contribute innovative solutions. Support the department development activities. This position will be based in Cairo and will require regular travel to El Dekheila Port as needed.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Terminal & Tank Operations: Oversee all shore tank activities, including product receipt, storage, heating, circulation, drainage, and loading. Ensure smooth coordination of tank operations with vessel loading schedules and terminal logistics.</li><li>Quality Control & Compliance: Own and monitor tank quality status, with full authority to approve or reject incoming material. Ensure strict compliance with product quality specifications and contractual requirements. Enforce correct sampling, testing, and handling procedures in line with SOPs and industry standards.
