The Architectural Finishing Engineer is responsible for supervising and managing architectural finishing works on site, ensuring that all activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role includes reviewing project drawings, coordinating with project teams, monitoring site progress, and ensuring proper execution and handover of finishing works.

Responsibilities:

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Ensure all finishing works are executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Prepare architectural details and coordinate with site teams for proper execution.
• Review and approve architectural materials and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Issue architectural correspondences and follow up on site-related issues.
• Identify and report any architectural deviations or violations on site.
• Attend progress meetings and coordination meetings to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor site activities, supervise execution, and ensure timely completion of works.
• Prepare drawings and visual details using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Coordinate with different disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in architectural finishing and site supervision.
• Previous experience in Resorts, Hotels, or Hospitality projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works, construction details, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision, coordination, and work handover.
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple disciplines and manage site activities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
