<p>A leading manufacturing group located in 10th of Ramadan City is seeking to hire a highly experienced and results-driven Group Operations Director to lead and optimize all manufacturing operations across the group.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Develop and execute the Group Operations strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.</p><p>• Lead Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives.</p><p>• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality, cost optimization, and profitability across all manufacturing facilities.</p><p>• Review and approve annual operational plans, budgets, KPIs, and departmental objectives.</p><p>• Ensure effective implementation of preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p>• Monitor operational performance and ensure achievement of production, quality, safety, and cost targets.</p><p>• Review operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.</p><p>• Lead organizational transformation projects and operational development programs.</p><p>• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electrical, or Mechatronics).</p><p>✔ 20+ years of manufacturing experience.</p><p>✔ Minimum 10 years in senior leadership positions.</p><p>✔ Minimum 5 years in a Group Operations Director, Operations Director, Plant Director, or similar executive role.</p><p>✔ Strong experience in Metal Forming, Plastic Manufacturing, or Industrial Manufacturing environments.</p><p>✔ Proven track record in multi-site operations management.</p><p>✔ Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.</p><p>✔ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.</p><p>✔ Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement methodologies is highly preferred.</p><p>Location</p><p>10th of Ramadan City – Egypt</p><p>Application Questions</p><p>Please mention the following in your email:</p><p>• Current Salary<br>• Expected Salary<br>• Notice Period<br>• Current Location<br>• Number of Employees Currently Managed</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
