Operate, monitor, and maintain DCS systems for production processes.
Ensure the required product quality level (basis weight & humidity) according to approved specifications.
Monitor and optimize the efficiency of steam pressure and hood ventilation systems, ensuring achievement of set points.
Follow up and ensure proper operation of the vacuum system.
Start up and shut down the machine smoothly, achieving the required quality without delays.
Troubleshoot DCS and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
Modify and optimize control logic, alarms, and trends as required.
Cooperate with other departments and report any existing or recurring problems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
Hands-on experience with DCS systems in an industrial environment.
Ability to read and understand P&IDs and control diagrams.
Ability to work in a manufacturing / industrial environment and shift system if required.
2–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

تعديل وتحسين منطق التحكم والتنبيهات والاتجاهات حسب الحاجة.
التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى وتقرير عن أي مشكلات موجودة أو متكررة.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم أو الهندسة الكهربائية / الميكاترونكس.
خبرة عملية مع أنظمة DCS في بيئة صناعية.
القدرة على قراءة وفهم P&IDs ومخططات التحكم.
القدرة على العمل في بيئة تصنيع / صناعية ونظام الورديات إذا لزم الأمر.
2–5 سنوات من الخبرة في بيئة صناعية أو إنتاجية.
