خطط ونفّذ توزيع المواد اليومية إلى خطوط الإنتاج بناءً على جداول الإنتاج.
إشراف على عمليات المستودع (الاستلام، التخزين، الإصدار، مراقبة المخزون – FIFO).
التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج والمشتريات وضمان الجودة لضمان تدفق المواد بسلاسة.
مراقبة مستويات المخزون، تحليل الاستهلاك، وتحديد نقاط إعادة الطلب.
استخدام أنظمة ERP (SAP أو ما يماثله) للمعاملات وتقارير المخزون.
قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز الكفاءة والدقة.
إعداد تقارير الأداء الأسبوعية/الشهريّة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
الإشراف على التحميل/التفريغ والتنسيق مع مقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية.
المتطلبات
التعليم: بكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكية، إنتاج، صناعية، أو ميكاترونيك).
الخبرة: 2–3 سنوات في إدارة المستودعات، توزيع المواد، أو تخطيط الإنتاج في بيئة صناعية (الأجهزة المنزلية، الإلكترونيات، أو التبريد أمر ضروري).
ERP: خبرة قوية مع SAP أو Oracle أو ما يماثله.
Plan and execute daily material distribution to production lines based on production schedules.
Oversee warehouse operations (receiving, storage, issuing, inventory control – FIFO).
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and QA teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Monitor inventory levels, analyze consumption, and set reorder points.
Use ERP systems (SAP or similar) for inventory transactions and reporting.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and KPIs.
Supervise loading/unloading and coordinate with logistics providers.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Mechatronics).
Experience: 2–3 years in warehouse management, material distribution, or production planning in a manufacturing environment (home appliances, electronics, or refrigeration is a must).
ERP: Strong experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar.
