Hiring: Production Manager | Wire Harness Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, achieve production targets, and drive improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production operations across cutting, stripping, crimping, assembly, testing, and related processes. Manage production planning, manpower, capacity, line balancing, and shop-floor performance. Monitor KPIs including productivity, cycle time, downtime, scrap, rework, and schedule attainment. Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards. Lead and develop Production Supervisors, Technicians, and Operators. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.8–12 years of manufacturing/production experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role. Strong preference for Wire Harness, Automotive, Cable Assembly, or Automotive Electrical Components experience. Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, capacity management, and manufacturing KPIs. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S, Kaizen, and root-cause analysis. Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 is preferred. Good English and strong leadership/shop-floor management skills.
