Recruitment Criteria • Bachelor's degree in Education or the relevant subject. • Recognised teaching qualification such as B.Ed., PGCE or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification teaching experience in a comparable role and subject area. • Strong classroom practice with a proven record of achieving positive student progress. • Relevant experience with the British or American curriculum, depending on the position. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues. • A collaborative, positive and solutions-focused approach to teaching and learning. • Commitment to safeguarding, child protection and student wellbeing. • Willingness to contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular programme. • Successful completion of child protection screening, references and appropriate pre-employment checks.
