<p>Overview The People Experience & Operations Sr. Coordinator will be responsible for delivering overtime reporting, analytics, forecasting, and administration activities across the business. This role plays a key part in providing accurate workforce insights, supporting annual operating plan (AOP) processes, and enabling data-driven decision making through standardized reporting and analytics. The incumbent will leverage HR systems, reporting tools, and analytics capabilities to produce forecasts, simulations, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with defined service level agreements (SLAs), operational excellence standards, and customer service expectations. Run overtime AOP planning simulations and support annual budget planning processes. Prepare and manage forecast scenarios to support workforce planning and business decision making. Maintain weekly and monthly overtime tracking tools and reporting dashboards. Support monthly accrual calculations and reporting activities.
