Required duties: - Performing periodic maintenance for general central air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and cold rooms. - Inspecting and examining air conditioning equipment to ensure their proper and safe operation. - Inspecting pumps and air conditioning networks in the facility's premises and ensuring their safety. - Contributing to necessary general maintenance work. - Installing new air conditioners and following up on them. - Performing routine cleaning of various air conditioner filters. - Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing air conditioning and refrigeration units according to the direct manager's directives and plans. - Handling all maintenance requests assigned to the technician according to the direct manager's instructions and the Service Level Agreement (SLA). - Full knowledge of commercial central refrigeration systems and their internal components. - Full knowledge of central integrated air conditioning systems and their internal components. - Ability to detect, diagnose, and repair faults in both air conditioning and refrigeration systems. - Ordering required spare parts and installing them. - Ability to read drawings and schematics for both electrical wiring and piping. - Full knowledge of safety and cleanliness procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), especially while performing preventive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to ensure compliance with safety policies. The job holder works under the guidance and supervision of the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for managing and maintaining all electrical systems, panels, and equipment, ensuring efficient operation of production lines through preventive and periodic maintenance, and adherence to safety and industrial safety standards. The role requires experience in handling motors, generators, PLC automation systems, and troubleshooting to prevent production stoppages. Duties & Responsibilities: Supervising the maintenance, installation, and repair of all electrical systems, motors, generators, and main and sub electrical panels within the plant. Developing and implementing regular maintenance schedules (predictive and preventive) for machines and equipment to avoid sudden breakdowns. Maintaining and programming PLC/SCADA automation systems and electrical distribution panels (Low/Medium Voltage). Ensuring the continuous operation of all production equipment ( conveyors, presses, mixers) with high efficiency, and reducing downtime.
