Role Objectives:The Logistics Coordinator – Food is responsible for managing daily delivery operations within assigned zones to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment. The role focuses on monitoring Delivery Associate (DA) performance, resolving on-ground challenges, managing vendor-related issues, and ensuring adherence to service-level standards (SLAs). Roles & Responsibilities:Daily Operations Management:Oversee daily field operations and ensure readiness of Delivery Associates. Collaborate with Vendor Operations to identify recurring issues and prevent reoccurrence. Routing & Dispatch Support:Validate delivery assignments and ensure efficient dispatching. Support real-time adjustments during peak hours to maintain performance targets. Reporting & Documentation:Maintain daily logs for attendance, incidents, vendor tickets, and compliance checks. Prepare end-of-day and weekly performance summaries.<br>Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or last-mile coordination (preferably in FMCG or e-commerce). Understanding of delivery operations and logistics workflows. Familiarity with route planning, dispatching systems, and performance tracking tools. Problem-solving mindset and ability to respond quickly to on-ground challenges. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
