Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Customer Service Representative role based in Cairo. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about products and services. Daily tasks include resolving issues, processing requests, updating customer records, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The role requires maintaining a professional tone, following established procedures, and meeting performance targets related to response time and customer satisfaction. The representative will collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
Qualifications

Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain strong Customer Experience across interactions. Skills in Customer Support and commitment to achieving Customer Satisfaction goals. Experience working as Customer Service Representatives in call center or similar environments is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in en_US; additional language skills are a plus. Comfort using call center software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications. Reliable attendance, ability to work scheduled shifts, and manage time effectively. Problem-solving mindset, patience, and ability to remain calm in high-volume or challenging situations. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an advantage. Proficiency level of English from B1+ to B2
