Role Description The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in El Menia, responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment within client facilities. Daily tasks include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing mechanical faults, and carrying out repairs on HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, piping networks, and other mechanical infrastructure. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, maintaining maintenance records, and implementing improvement plans to reduce downtime and extend asset life. The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer collaborates with other engineering disciplines and facility management teams, ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and supports planning and execution of maintenance schedules and upgrades. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance. Previous experience in Facility Management or building/industrial maintenance is highly preferred. Experience in HVAC and air conditioning maintenance is highly preferred.
