<div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Agriculture, Commerce, or a related field.</li><li><b>Minimum 3–5 years of relevant export sales experience.</b></li><li>Experience in <b>fresh produce, agriculture, or food exports is strongly preferred.</b></li><li>Proven ability to develop new international customers and markets.</li><li>Excellent command of <b>English</b>, both written and spoken.</li><li>Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.</li><li>Good understanding of international trade, export procedures, Incoterms, payment terms, and export documentation.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness and ability to work toward sales targets.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel internationally when required.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><p>Experience dealing with international fresh produce importers, distributors, wholesalers, or retailers is highly desirable.
