<p>The&nbsp;EnglishPreschool Teacher is&nbsp;responsible for the overall instruction and care for the children in her/his class to help them achieve their utmost&nbsp;potential.&nbsp; S/He will focus on facilitating the development of children’s skills, character and their love for learning.&nbsp; S/He is to follow the educational philosophy and the curriculum outlined by STEAMulation Hub, as well as, its policy and systems.&nbsp;S/He is accountable&nbsp;for ensuring that the personal care, hygiene, learning &amp; development activities, specialized programs, and&nbsp;the positive&nbsp;discipline of the children are all implemented according to our high standards and maintaining our reputation for excellence.&nbsp; S/He will&nbsp;design and provide a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate educational environment where children have the opportunity to develop&nbsp;their&nbsp;cognitive,&nbsp;language,&nbsp;social-emotional, physical, and self-help skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;S/He must maintain an ongoing link of communication, verbal &amp; written,&nbsp;with all parents&nbsp;of children in her class making sure to inform them of the progress of their child(ren) and to handle&nbsp;any of their concerns related to the children’s educational and developmental needs.&nbsp; S/He is required to work in collaboration with her classroom co-teacher &amp; teacher aides to achieve her objectives.&nbsp; S/He may need to train, coach and&nbsp;supervise the classroom’s Assistant Teacher or Teacher Aide(s).&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Dynamic and positive character able to inspire, influence and engage children and guide them to develop their skills &amp; abilities and realize their full potential.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and to motivate others to accomplish the overall company’s vision &amp; objectives.</p></li><li><p>Ability to self-motivate, establish priorities, work independently and proceed with achieving objectives &amp; meeting deadlines with minimum supervision.</p></li><li><p>Effective analytical &amp; problem-solving abilities with a high degree of patience &amp; resilience, and robust capability to manage multiple tasks.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and time management skills and a resilient ability to work under stress.</p></li><li><p>Remarkable professional work ethics &amp; business sense, demonstrating honesty, integrity and commitment to confidentiality.</p></li><li><p>Punctuality &amp; reliability in attendance is a priority, with the flexibility to work extra hours, occasional evenings, or weekends to meet the needs of the overall program.</p></li><li><p>Able to physically and mentally react promptly to unexpected circumstances and emergencies.</p></li><li><p>Able to interact and communicate with children on the playground/classroom, i.e. run, jump, dance, demonstrate physical exercises.</p></li><li><p>Ability to research latest developments in the early childhood development theories, programs, techniques and practices, internationally and locally, to upgrade own knowledge and skills.</p></li></ul><p></p>
