<p>You will be responsible for leading the Butler team to deliver exceptional personalized service and luxury guest experiences. You will oversee all Butler operations, ensure VIP guest satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of service excellence in line with SUNRISE Resorts &amp; Cruises standards</p> Responsibilities <ul> <li>Oversee and manage all Butler Services operations.</li> <li>Lead, supervise, and develop the Butler team to ensure excellent service delivery.</li> <li>Ensure personalized services for VIP guests and anticipate their needs and preferences.</li> <li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.</li> <li>Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues professionally.</li> <li>Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with hotel standards and procedures.</li> <li>Organize special guest arrangements, celebrations, and personalized experiences.</li> <li>Maintain guest privacy, confidentiality, and professional etiquette.</li> <li>Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.</li> <li>Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Tourism or a related field</li> <li>Experience: 1 3 years</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Butler Services or VIP Guest Relation.</li> <li>Previous experience in a five-star hotel or luxury resort.</li> <li>Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office. </li> <li>Excellent leadership and team management skills.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and Butler service etiquette.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li> <li>Excellent guest complaint handling and service recovery skills.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </li> </ul>",
