Our future teammate would be part of the Transfers department in our office in Hurghada.</p> <p> <strong>Key responsibilities:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Management and control of transfers.</li> <li>Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO.</li> <li>Management of claims and incidents.</li> <li>Coordinate with the team at the airport.</li> <li>Follow up of the services provided to clients: invoicing, quality, etc.</li> <li>Manage special requests and VIP clients.</li> <li>Coordinate excursions and tour guide services</li> <li>Be aware of the traffic restrictions to redesign.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> Requirements <br> </div> <div> </div> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's in Tourism or any discipline.</li> <li>Experince needed from 0 to 2 </li> <li>A high level of French language is required ( B1:B2), other languages are a plus.</li> <li>Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to in-house operational systems.</li> <li>Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong teamwork-oriented task handling.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> </ul></div></div>
