The Assistant manager of groups &amp; eventsfulfils <em>their</em> role as a Talent Development Ambassador when:<br><ul><li>They actively support and implement Talent Development initiatives as a part of their daily activities.</li><li>They identify Training talents in their department and throughout the hotel as per below definition* and actively support their career development.</li><li>They support and initiate transfer, cross exposure and task force assignments for their team.</li><li>They personally conduct performance evaluations with their team on a regular basis and take personal interest for their talents’ development plans.</li><li>They recruit and select potential talent according to current and future department, hotel and Kempinski’s needs including conducting interviews for positions in their department.</li></ul><br><strong>AIN RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br><ul><li>Assist the Director of Groups and Events in the Management of the Department especially in the absence of the Director of Groups and Events.</li><li>Attend meetings and client events in the absence of and / or instead of the Director of Groups and Events.&nbsp;</li><li>Direct receipt, qualification and coordination of event &amp; group requests (incl. leads, RFPs, etc.) defined by her/his direct supervisor.</li><li>Handle requests according to the relevant standards within a maximum of five (business) hours of its receipt.</li><li>Apply the Kempinski MICE SOP’s from Group Enquiry to Contracting.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the ideal and most effective utilization of the Meeting and Conference Rooms.</li><li>Carry out site inspections with potential MICE clients in coordination with the Field Sales department.</li><li>Realize up sell possibilities to meet and surpass Group &amp; Event budget goals.</li><li>Thoroughly input, supervise and maintain the requests in the Opera S&amp;C System according to the data input standards.</li><li>Create activities to ensure ongoing maintenance of bookings.</li><li>Generate proper proposals and contracts.</li><li>Follow up on sent out proposals within 24 hours (1 working day) to ensure the client has received the information and to clarify possible questions and issues.</li><li>Handle the enquiries until conversion to definite bookings including negotiation, contracting, and site inspection before handing over to the Event Manager (or to the Groups &amp; Events Coordinator).&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure a proper handover of the converted business to the Event Manager / Groups &amp; Events Coordinator with all relevant information forwarded.</li><li>Introduce the Event Manager / Groups &amp; Events Coordinator to the client.</li><li>Conduct Exit Interviews with important customer after their event – asking for future business.</li><li>Cross-sell to other hotels within the Kempinski Group (and GHA).</li><li>Regular competition checks.</li><li>Review monthly results and forecasts to recommend and execute activities required to ensure the hotel increases the market share and maximizes its revenue.</li><li>Properly maintain LOS/CAN and UNC business.</li><li>Further administrative tasks and other possible assigned duties.</li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned to them by management.</li></ul> </div>

ِِAbout the Role<br>We are looking for a visionary Senior AI-First Software Architect who fundamentally approaches software development through the lens of Generative AI.<br>In this role, you won't be a traditional keyboard-banging developer. Instead, you are the conductor, and Gen AI is your orchestra. You will leverage cutting-edge AI coding agents (like Cursor, Claude Code, and other autonomous AI tools) to build, debug, and deploy complete, production-ready solutions. Your primary job is to provide the high-level algorithms, system architecture, and design patterns, guiding the LLMs to write the actual code.<br>If you are a master of system design who excels at reviewing, validating, and steering AI outputs—even in languages or environments you don't know natively—this role is for you.<br>What You Will Do<br>AI-Driven Development: Build and deploy full-stack software solutions entirely by prompting, steering, and interacting with Gen AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) with minimal to no manual coding.<br>Architectural Guidance: Translate complex business requirements into clear algorithms, design patterns, and architectural blueprints that LLMs can accurately convert into code.<br>Expert Validation & Debugging: Act as the ultimate code reviewer. Pinpoint exactly where AI-generated code fails, understand the "why," and provide precise prompts to guide the AI to fix its own bugs and optimize performance.<br>Polyglot AI Orchestration: Successfully guide AI to write, debug, and deploy in programming languages you don't personally know, relying on your deep understanding of universal computer science fundamentals.<br>Infrastructure & Dev Ops: Direct AI tools to generate complex Linux commands, write deployment scripts, and manage cloud infrastructure on your behalf.<br>Prompt Engineering & Context Management: Maintain the "context window" effectively, ensuring the AI tools have the right documentation, file structures, and constraints to succeed.<br>What We Are Looking For<br>Deep CS Fundamentals: You must have a profound understanding of software architecture, design patterns (SOLID, microservices, event-driven), and algorithms.
