Administer and monitor SQL Server databases to ensure performance, availability, and data integrity. Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity. Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VLANs, and wireless access points. Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, and Microsoft Dynamics environment. Implement IT security best practices and provide advanced technical support when needed.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems &amp; Infrastructure Administrator, System Administrator, or a similar role.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, VMware, SQL Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Dynamics.</li><li>Good understanding of networking concepts, backup &amp; disaster recovery, and IT security.</li><li>Good to Very Good English communication skills.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p></p></section>
