For DP World Sokhna Logistics Park <br>Job Purpose: Supervise and oversee the maintenance and operations team, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance activities (Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting Systems, Water Pumps) and facility operations in line with the company’s quality and safety standards.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Implement the company’s general policy regarding operations and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance and repair needs and submit recommendations to management. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to standards. Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure smooth operations of all facilities and systems. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during maintenance and operational activities. Develop plan to improve and sustain maintenance operations.<br>Qualifications and Experience:<br>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related major.5+ years of maintenance experience in a logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven experience in facility operations and maintenance. Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising technical maintenance teams. Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, firefighting systems, and water pump maintenance. Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and perform field supervision effectively.
