تعلن مجموعة MB عن حاجتها لتوظيف!<br>مهندس تصميم ميكانيكي<br>المسؤوليات:- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لفهم متطلبات المشروع والمواصفات والقيود.- تصميم منتجات ومكونات الصفائح المعدنية باستخدام برامج التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD) (مثل Solid Works أو Auto CAD أو أدوات مشابهة).- تطوير رسومات ونماذج ونماذج أولية تفصيلية للتصنيع.- إجراء دراسات الجدوى وتحليل مقترحات التصميم من حيث الفعالية من حيث التكلفة والوظيفة وقابلية التصنيع.- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصناعة ولوائح السلامة ومتطلبات الجودة.- التعاون مع فرق التصنيع لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتصميم أثناء الإنتاج.- تنفيذ تكرارات وتحسينات التصميم بناءً على الملاحظات ونتائج الاختبارات.- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات في تصميم الصفائح المعدنية.<br>المؤهلات:- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.- خبرة مثبتة كمهندس تصميم في صناعة الصفائح المعدنية.- إتقان برامج التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD) (Solid Works أو Auto CAD أو أدوات مشابهة).- معرفة قوية بعمليات تصنيع الصفائح المعدنية، بما في ذلك الثني والقطع واللحام والتشطيب.- الإلمام بمعايير الصناعة واللوائح والأكواد المتعلقة بتصميم الصفائح المعدنية.- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والقدرة على التفكير الإبداعي.- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والدقة في أعمال التصميم.- مهارات تواصل فعالة والقدرة على التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.<br>المؤهلات المفضلة:- خبرة في مبادئ التصميم من أجل التصنيع (DFM).- معرفة بتحليل العناصر المحدودة (FEA) للتحليل الإنشائي لمكونات الصفائح المعدنية.- الإلمام بمبادئ التصنيع الرشيق (Lean Manufacturing).- خبرة في برامج إدارة دورة حياة المنتج (PLM).<br>الموقع: مدينة السادات - المنوفية<br>إذا كنت مهتماً، يرجى إرسال سيرتك الذاتية هنا أو إلى: careers@mb-egypt.com
