Connect to your opportunity. The past couple of years have proven that supply chains of today are subject to exponentially increasing volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA); resulting in a few major and many minor disruptions all around the globe. On the flip side, technological advancements in the area of big data, artificial intelligence (a.o. machine learning), cloud, etc. have shown to hold potential to significantly increase the capabilities of a company to weather these storms, amongst others in the space of supply chain & network operations.

Here at Deloitte, we bring these two exponential trends together within our Supply Chain Analytics & Intelligence Practice, to equip our clients with the right tools to obtain agile, effective & efficient supply chains. We design & implement Cognitive Command Centres, enabled by end-to-end visibility (through data integration, dashboarding and alerting) on the one hand, and decision intelligence (through machine learning and process automation) on the other. On our journey to the self-driving digital supply network, we are closely collaborating with Aera Technology, a leading innovator in the area of cognitive operating systems.

Within this context, we are looking for solution architects and skill builders who have profound experience in the field of supply chain operations, while having a strong data & analytical mindset, keen on becoming an expert in the domain of cognitive command centres enabled by decision intelligence.

Are determined to develop a deep understanding of decision intelligence solutions (e.g. Aera Technology), and you want to keep a focus on decision intelligence implementation projects to grow our practice.

Will collaborate on the development of decision intelligence solutions, thereby performing hands-on implementation activities as part of a bigger implementation team.

Typical activities include:

Supporting decision intelligence roadmaps, where you help envision & optimize the client’s journey from their burning platform today, to a state of end-to-end supply chain orchestration, agility and resilience enabled through decision intelligence.

Supporting solution design of decision intelligence ‘skills’ through creative thinking and translating business needs into functional, UI/UX and technical detailed requirements, and onwards into a working solution.

Collaborating on the solution implementation of decision intelligence ‘skills’ using a wide range of data, analytics & AI capabilities present in the selected decision intelligence platform(s).

Working in small teams (e.g. 3 – 5 people) of expert roles (e.g. skill builders, UI builders and decision intelligence functional experts) located in different geographies.

Applying data analytics best practices across the different project phases and activities with a strong focus on simplicity, scalability, efficiency, and transparency.

Connect to your skills and professional experience. You need:
