Material selection The engineer determines the appropriate plastic type for the product based on required properties (e.g., durability, flexibility, heat resistance) and sets technical material standards. The engineer monitors injection operations, analyzes data to identify potential problems and improve performance. The engineer tunes machine settings, adjusts temperature and pressure, and establishes operating criteria to ensure product quality. The engineer supervises regular machine maintenance to ensure safe operation and prevent breakdowns. The engineer handles problems that may occur during the injection process and takes necessary corrective actions. The engineer coordinates with production teams and supervises the workflow to ensure production and quality targets are met. The engineer monitors the quality of final products to ensure they meet specifications and required standards. The engineer trains technicians on operating and maintaining injection machines, and guides them in solving problems.
