Prepare project close-out reports in coordination with project teams for future reference. Propose recovery and completion plans to ensure project targets are achieved. Prepare and review schedule narratives. Maintain Project Control Department databases and records. Jointly prepare and monitor project cost plans, cash flow analysis, and close-out reports. Follow up with the Productivity Team and issue monthly productivity/rates reports.
