<p><strong>قسم هندسة ما قبل البيع</strong><br><strong>الموقع:</strong> كونيتا مصر - القاهرة الجديدة<br><strong>مستوى الخبرة:</strong> 2 – 5 سنوات<br><strong>نوع التوظيف:</strong> دوام كامل</p><p><strong>نظرة عامة على الوظيفة</strong><br>نحن نبحث عن مهندس ما قبل بيع ديناميكي وذو أساس تقني قوي للانضمام إلى فريقنا في كونيتا مصر. في هذا الدور، سيعمل المرشح كحلقة وصل تقنية حاسمة بين عملائنا من الشركات وفريق مبيعات الحسابات، حيث سيقود عمليات الاكتشاف التقني، وتصميم حلول البنية التحتية المخصصة، وتقديم عروض توضيحية مقنعة، والمساهمة بشكل مباشر في النجاح التجاري. سواء كانت خلفيتك كأخصائي ما قبل البيع، أو مهندس حلول، أو مهندس مبيعات تقنية، أو مدير حسابات تقني، فإن المرشح المختار سيلعب دوراً فعالاً في تحويل الفرص التقنية إلى إيرادات محققة.</p><p><strong>المسؤوليات الرئيسية</strong></p><ul><li>تصميم بنى تحتية قوية وقابلة للتوسع باستخدام الخوادم، وسعات التخزين (SAN/NAS/NVMe)، وتصاميم مراكز البيانات للمؤسسات، وبيئات السحابة الهجينة، ومنصات المحاكاة الافتراضية (مثل VMware، وHyper-V، وNutanix، وKVM).</li><li>إعداد مقترحات فنية مخصصة، وردود تفصيلية على طلبات تقديم العروض (RFP)، وطلبات المعلومات (RFI)، وطلبات الأسعار (RFQ).</li><li>تحمل المسؤولية المباشرة عن تحقيق أو تجاوز حصص المبيعات المحددة من خلال القيادة التقنية خلال دورة المبيعات.</li><li>تقديم عروض تقديمية تقنية مخصصة، وعروض توضيحية للمنتجات، وإثباتات المفهوم (POC) لصناع القرار التقنيين والمديرين التنفيذيين.</li><li>العمل كمستشار موثوق، وتحويل قدرات البنية التحتية المعقدة إلى قيمة تجارية واضحة وتحليلات للعائد على الاستثمار (ROI).</li><li>بناء علاقات تقنية عميقة ومستمرة مع صناع القرار الرئيسيين عبر حسابات العملاء المحتملين في الشركات المتوسطة والكبرى.</li></ul><p><strong>المؤهلات والمهارات</strong></p><ul><li><strong>الخبرة:</strong> من سنتين إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في المبيعات التقنية، أو هندسة الحلول، أو هندسة ما قبل البيع، أو إدارة الحسابات التقنية.</li><li><strong>المعرفة التقنية الأساسية:</strong> معرفة عملية قوية بهندسة مراكز البيانات، وخوادم الشركات، وأنظمة التخزين.</li><li><strong>التواصل والعرض:</strong> مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية متميزة؛ مع القدرة على شرح الأفكار التقنية للمسؤولين غير التقنيين.</li><li><strong>حل المشكلات وتعدد المهام:</strong> عقلية قوية في حل المشكلات مع القدرة على إدارة تقييمات العملاء المعقدة والمتعددة في وقت واحد.</li></ul>

Job Summary We are seeking a PS (Packet Switched) Core Network Engineer to operate, maintain, and optimize PS core networks across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G environments.
