We are approaching launch and are now hiring our first full-time engineering leader. This is not a traditional engineering management position. We are looking for someone who wants to take technical ownership of a startup, work directly with the founders, remain deeply hands-on, and build the engineering team around them.<br>The Role<br>As Head of Engineering, you will become the internal technical owner of Aggarly. You will inherit an existing production-stage platform and work closely with the founding team to understand, strengthen and evolve the architecture as we launch and scale.
