We are currently looking for technical gurus to fulfil the role of an [#Senior #AI #Solution Architect] for Saudi Ready-mix Concrete Co. (SRMCC). It’s a leading producer and supplier of ready-mixed concrete and related products in Saudi Arabia. Established in 1978, the company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Holding Company (Alturki Holding), a leading industrial conglomerate.
Role Overview:
Define and govern the end-to-end architecture for AI-enabled solutions across SRMCC's enterprise estate. This role is the technical authority that ensures every AI agent, data pipeline, and integration built by the Egypt team and partners conforms to a coherent, secure, and scalable blueprint aligned with the AZM 2030 IT Strategy.
What We Look For: “Requirements”
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline. • Minimum 8 -12 years in enterprise software delivery, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or data-platform solution architecture. • Demonstrable experience designing production AI systems on Microsoft Azure: Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio), Azure Open AI, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Azure Data Lake. • Hands-on familiarity with at least two of: Anthropic Claude API, Open AI API, Lang Chain or Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, Power Platform AI Builder. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) data models and integration patterns.• Strong grasp of cloud security, identity (Entra ID), data residency, and AI governance frameworks.• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive audiences• Working in an onsite model from the Egypt's Delivery Hub based in Maadi.
Primary Responsibilities:
Architecture and Design • Own the agentic architecture blueprint covering Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude API, and open-source frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and Semantic Kernel.• Design integration patterns between AI agents and the SRMCC enterprise stack: D365 Finance and Operations (core, custom, and ISV layers), D365 Sales CE, Concrete One, Solvait HR, Command Alkon, Afaqy GPS, and IoT data points. • Define reference architectures, design patterns, and reusable components for agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, function calling, and multi-agent workflows.• Establish architectural standards for the Enterprise Data Foundation Layer in collaboration with the Data and AI Engineer and external Data Lakehouse partner.
Governance and Standards• Maintain the AI architecture review board for SRMCC, reviewing all AI initiatives for alignment, security, cost, and performance before build commences.• Define and enforce standards for prompt engineering, model selection, evaluation, observability, and responsible AI across all SRMCC AI deployments.• Author and maintain technical documentation, decision records, and architectural runbooks for the IT Director and ExCom audiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership• Act as the technical team lead for the Egypt AI Innovation Team, with direct line management of the Data and AI Engineer and the Power Platform and Automation Developer. • Set the technical direction, prioritize the team backlog, and conduct performance reviews for the two direct reports.• Act as the technical lead for the Agentic Transformation Mapping initiative across all business functions.• Partner with the IT Applications Supervisor and IT Infrastructure Manager to align AI workloads with the broader systems estate.• Collaborate with external partners and Microsoft on architecture review and joint delivery.
