We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend services that power mission-critical healthcare and procurement platforms. In this role, you will build scalable . NET 8 microservices, develop secure APIs, implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, and contribute to resilient, observable, and highly available distributed systems. We're looking for Sr. HVAC Engineer to support in one of the strategic projects in the New Capital. Will be responsible for managing the maintenance team and oversee their effective use of the HVAC equipment.<br>Key Responsibilities Coordinate & lead the operation & maintenance of all HVAC-R systems, Including: Chillers, Air Handling units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), DX units, Split systems and cooling rooms, exhaust fans, pumps, valves control & power circuits. Supervise the execution of scheduled maintenance activities: Periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans. Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts and tools to support maintenance operations. Enforce safety protocols during all maintenance & installation activities, following the "safety first' principle. Coordinate & supervise installation & maintenance work performed by contractors external vendors, including development, replacement, and renovation projects. Ensure all compliance with relevant regulatory standards, including: Health and Human services (HHS) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) other local and international regulations.<br>Qualifications & requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Advanced expertise in chiller plants, central HVAC infrastructure, ductwork design, and refrigeration cycles. Proficiency in cooling load software (HAP), duct/pipe sizing tools, BMS monitoring interfaces, and ERP systems. Ability to strictly comply with military security protocols and rigorous site access safety rules.

Key Responsibilities Performance Testing & Execution Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability test scenarios. Develop automated performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling, or similar. Establish test data, test environments, and workload models based on real user behaviors. Conduct root-cause analysis for performance issues and provide optimization recommendations. Analysis & Reporting Analyze system metrics (CPU, memory, I/O, database performance, network utilization) using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, App Dynamics, New Relic). Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting findings, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement actions. Benchmark system performance across releases and track performance KPIs over time. Collaboration & Technical Support Work closely with developers, architects, Dev Ops, and product teams to validate performance requirements and ensure system readiness. Participate in architecture and design reviews to provide performance-related insights. Guide junior engineers on performance engineering best practices and tools. Performance Engineering & Optimization Recommend improvements to system design, database queries, API tuning, caching strategies, and infrastructure scaling. Support continuous performance monitoring and early detection of performance degradation in production. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience3+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and performance engineering. Strong experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling, etc.).
