About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Identity Engineer to join our team and support enterprise identity, access management, and cloud security services across global environments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Office 365 services while ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in maintaining identity infrastructure, troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting cloud transformation initiatives, and driving continuous service improvements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience working in enterprise or managed services environments.
Job Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Microsoft 365 environments. Manage and maintain hybrid identity solutions across cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Configure, support, and troubleshoot Active Directory Domain Controllers, Group Policies (GPOs), and Windows Server environments. Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and authentication services. Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and other identity security controls. Monitor, maintain, and improve the security posture of identity and cloud environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, Azure services, and load balancing technologies. Perform performance analysis, capacity planning, and configuration management activities. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security standards, and service management processes. Maintain end-to-end ownership of supported services and ensure agreed service levels (SLAs) are consistently achieved. Deliver project tasks and operational activities on time and with high quality. Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures. Contribute to automation and operational efficiency improvements where applicable. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.3–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Security environments. Strong hands-on experience with:Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Active Directory Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect) Windows Server Administration Group Policy Management (GPO) Microsoft 365 Administration Solid experience with Azure cloud platforms and hybrid identity solutions. Hands-on experience configuring and managing Active Directory Domain Controllers. Good knowledge of DNS, LDAP, and Load Balancing technologies. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and user lifecycle management. Experience implementing and supporting security controls within enterprise environments. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage complex technical challenges. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, Identity Governance, or Privileged Identity Management (PIM). Knowledge of Power Shell scripting and automation. Familiarity with ITIL processes and/or Agile methodologies. Microsoft certifications related to Azure, Entra ID, Security, or Microsoft 365. Experience working within enterprise-scale or managed services environments.
