We operate in around 65 countries worldwide. Headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.

Job Description

Role Summary

As an Account Advisor – Content Quality, you own two of the most critical checkpoints in the partner onboarding journey. First, you ensure that every partner account is fully compliant before content work begins by validating legal documents, registrations, and regulatory requirements, with zero tolerance for gaps. Then, you act as the final approver of restaurant menu content submitted by outsourced teams, making sure everything a customer sees on the platform is accurate, on-brand, and ready to drive orders. You are both the compliance gate and the quality seal.

What’s On Your Plate?

Legal Document Validation: Review and verify all partner-submitted legal and commercial documents, including commercial registrations, tax certificates, and trade licences, to confirm authenticity, completeness, and compliance with local regulatory requirements. Compliance Gating: The mandatory compliance checkpoint in the onboarding funnel. No account advances to content creation or live activation without your sign-off on documentation. Document Accuracy Verification: Cross-reference submitted documents against partner account details (name, address, VAT number, etc.) to catch mismatches before they escalate into operational or legal issues. Regulatory Awareness: Stay current on local licensing and legal requirements across Talabat’s markets to ensure validation criteria remain accurate and relevant. Final Menu Review & Approval: Perform a thorough final-stage review of restaurant menu content submitted by outsourced teams. Approve accounts that meet quality standards or reject them with clear, actionable feedback when they fall short. Content Quality Assessment: Evaluate menu output across all dimensions: pricing accuracy, image quality, item descriptions, dietary and allergen tags, categorisation logic, and overall presentation consistency. Outsourced Team Output Oversight: Act as the internal quality checkpoint for content produced by outsourced teams. Identify recurring error patterns and escalate to the team leads and supervisors for SOP updates or targeted coaching. Brand & Standards Compliance: Ensure all reviewed content adheres to Talabat’s content style guide, imagery standards, and regional guidelines before any account is activated on the platform. Rejection & Feedback Management: Communicate structured, specific rejection reasons to onboarding and sales teams — whether for missing documents or content gaps — enabling fast correction cycles and clean resubmissions. Data Integrity: Ensure that all partner metadata — including business details, location pins, delivery zones, and operating hours — is accurately captured and verified before sign-off. Stakeholder Support: Act as the subject matter expert for sales and account management teams on both documentation requirements and content presentation standards. Audit & Calibration: Maintain organised records of validation and review outcomes to support internal audits. Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent quality standards across the team.

Qualifications

What Did We Order?

Graduate of Business or any related field. Experience: 1–2 years in quality control, compliance verification, content management, or a related field. Exposure to e-commerce, food-tech, or outsourced team environments is a strong advantage. Attention to Detail: The ability to spot an expired permit, a name mismatch on a legal document, or a mis labelled allergen on a 100-item menu and treat each with equal seriousness. Process Discipline: You follow structured checklists, apply consistent judgment, and flag deviations rather than work around them. Decisive Efficiency: Comfortable making approve/reject decisions confidently across high volumes without sacrificing accuracy. Language Proficiency: Strong command of English and Arabic (B2-C1) Software Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) and experience with CRM or CMS tools such as Salesforce or internal Talabat systems. Communication: Clear, professional written communication to relay rejection reasons, whether compliance- or content-related, without ambiguity.
