This is a managerial leadership position. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and hold full accountability for the people, processes, and performance of the Gasket and Magnet Strip section. You will lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators, and serve as the operational bridge between Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse   Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop production supervisors, technicians, and operators across both sections. Set performance objectives, conduct appraisals, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Resolve workforce issues and maintain high engagement on the shop floor. Own daily, weekly, and monthly production output — volume, quality, and on-time delivery. Oversee shift planning, resource allocation, and production scheduling in coordination with the Planning team. Monitor and drive OEE, identifying and closing performance gaps; enforce first-production approval at shift start, model change, and after any unplanned stoppage. Minimize downtime through structured coordination with the Maintenance team. Enforce 4M change management (Man, Machine, Material, Method): track changes, and review risks. Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma/DMAIC methodologies; actively engage shop-floor employees in the suggestion system. Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, process flow charts (raw material receipt to shipping, including rework/repair loops), and control plans linked to FMEA. Create and update Value Stream Maps (VSM) to identify waste and improvement opportunities; support all improvements with statistical data. Ensure process FMEAs are updated at each product or process change; re-score after corrective actions and apply lessons learned horizontally across similar processes. Manage feasibility assessments for new production projects (capacity, manpower, equipment). Ensure all critical and special product characteristics are identified in SOPs, control plans, and FMEAs, and clearly communicated at workstations. Collaborate with Quality Control to proactively reduce defects, scrap, and rework across all shifts. Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 on the production floor at all times. Maintain permanent audit readiness across production documentation, workstations, and processes for customer audits. Lead corrective action management using 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why methods; ensure FMEA, control plans, and SOPs are updated after every major nonconformance. Enforce PPE usage, machine guards, and safety compliance across production areas. Track and report production KPIs (OEE, capacity utilization, CT, throughput rate, down time, scrap rate, on-time delivery, rework) to the Director of Operations regularly. Work cross-functionally with Planning, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality to align production execution with business goals. Participate in management review meetings; contribute production data, root cause findings, and improvement action plans.   Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 8–10 years of experience in production or manufacturing management. Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in PVC gaskets production or home appliance / refrigerator manufacturing is strongly preferred. Lean Green Belt certification required — Six Sigma Black Belt, CPIM, or equivalent is a strong plus. Proven track record managing production teams and driving measurable improvements in output, quality, and efficiency. Hands-on experience with OEE tracking, VSM, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, control plans, and SPC (CPK/Ppk). Experience with customer supplier audits is a strong advantage. <section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>راقب جميع كاميرات CCTV وأنظمة المراقبة في الفندق لضمان سلامة وأمن الضيوف والموظفين والزوار وممتلكات الفندق. راقب وأبلغ عن أي نشاط مشبوه، اختراق أمني، أو حوادث غير عادية إلى مشرف الأمن فوراً. حافظ على مراقبة مستمرة لجميع أنظمة الكاميرات المعينة خلال النوبة دون انقطاع. قم بتسجيل وتوثيق والإبلاغ عن جميع حوادث الأمن بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب. استرجاع ومراجعة وحفظ لقطات CCTV عند طلب الإدارة المصرح لها أو لأغراض التحقيق. تأكد من أن جميع معدات CCTV، والشاشات، وأجهزة التسجيل، والأنظمة ذات الصلة تعمل بشكل صحيح وأبلغ عن أي عطل فوراً. حافظ على سرية لقطات CCTV والمعلومات الأمنية في جميع الأوقات. ساعد ضباط الأمن من خلال تزويدهم بمعلومات في الوقت الفعلي أثناء حالات الطوارئ أو الحوادث أو التحقيقات. راقب أنظمة إنذار الحريق وأنظمة التحكم في الوصول وغيرها من أنظمة المراقبة الأمنية حيثما كان ذلك مناسباً. تأكد من تخزين جميع تسجيلات CCTV وأرشفتها وفق سياسات الفندق والمتطلبات القانونية. احتفظ بسجلات دقيقة للحوادث، وضع المعدات، وطلبات الصيانة، والنشاطات اليومية. أبلغ عن أي وصول غير مصرح به إلى المناطق المحظورة أو سلوك مريب يُلاحظ من خلال نظام CCTV. التنسيق مع مشرفي الأمن وباقي الأقسام في حالات الطوارئ أو الحوادث الأمنية. الامتثال لجميع إجراءات أمان الفندق وخطط الاستجابة للطوارئ ولوائح السلامة. التأكد من أن غرفة تحكم CCTV نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة دائماً. استخدام جميع أجهزة الاتصالات مثل الهواتف والراديو وأنظمة التواصُل الداخلي بشكل مهني ولأغراض رسمية فقط. حماية جميع معلومات الفندق والامتناع عن مشاركة المعلومات الأمنية مع الأشخاص غير المصرح لهم. المشاركة في التدريبات الطارئة وتدريبات الأمن والاجتماعات القسمية حسب الحاجة. تحسين المعرفة بنظم CCTV وإجراءات الأمن وتكنولوجيا المراقبة باستمرار. تنفيذ جميع المسؤوليات المتعلقة بإدارة جودة الفندق ونظام الصحة والسلامة ونظام الإدارة البيئية. أداء أي واجبات أخرى يكلف بها مشرف الأمن أو مدير الأمن أو إدارة الفندق وتكون ذات صلة بالوظيفة.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">المرشح المطلوب</p><p class="paragraph"></p><h2>المؤهلات</h2><p>التعليم: على الأقل شهادة الثانوية العامة.</p><p>الخبرة: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في المجال ذي الصلة. الخبرة في الصناعة تعتبر ميزة.</p><p>اللغة الأجنبية: غير مطلوبة.</p><p>الدورات والتدريب: حضور مسبق في الدورات والندوات المتعلقة بالمجال.</p><p>إلمام بالحاسوب: غير مطلوب.</p><p>المهارات: من المتوقع استخدام الأدوات والمعدات الأساسية المتعلقة بالوظيفة. من المتوقع تنفيذ مهام بسيطة ومحددة وعادية تكون عمومًا متكررة.</p><p></p></section>

The role focuses on selling light current and security solutions, managing partners, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Your Responsibilities : -· Increase the sales revenue according to the sales target.· Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities specially in tender business from end to end from initial inquiry to contract closure ensuring all requirements are met· Develop business in accounts such as Government, Police, Banks, Energy, etc., specify Zero Tech name in their preferred Vendor list and close the deal· Closely work with the consultants and specify Zero Tech name in their preferred vendor list for their ongoing & future projects· Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and the system Integrators (SIs)· Close new business deals by coordinating requirements , developing and negotiating contracts.· Integrating contract requirements within business operations<br>Requirements :Education: Bachelor degree Experience:· Minimum 3-7 years’ experience in Tenders as a sales-driven position and familiarity with project market· Proven track record of sales with experience in developing business opportunities across the country.· Preferred to have experience in manufacturing, electronics, surveillance systems, industrial products, technology solutions, or related B2B industries.<br>Skills:· Should have Strong selling skills, ability to listen, and the ability to create presentations to meet customer’s needs· Proven ability to identify leads, build customer relationships, and convert opportunities into sales.· Excellent communication skills and time management skills· Persistent and pro-active· Responsible and able to drive the business independently· Competitive to achieve his targets and efficient<br>If you are fitting with job requirements please send you CV at hr@zerotechegypt.com
