<p>The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and spare parts. <ol><li><strong>Participates</strong> in the conversion process of the Sales plans to material plans, by <strong>developing</strong> the annual plans needed to deliver sales forecast.</li><li><strong>Prepares</strong> the production resource plan taking into consideration available capacity (man-power, machines and area) in coordination with the Production Managers.</li><li><strong>Coordinates</strong> with the Warehouse Manager to ensure storage availability of raw materials, and finished goods and monitors the unexpected delays.</li><li><strong>Ensures</strong> regular update of production and procurement plans.</li><li><strong>Monitor</strong> day-to-day work progress and prepare weekly and monthly status reports.</li><li><strong>Analyze</strong> deviations against schedules, and <strong>assists</strong> in the investigation of causes and recommendations for resolution.</li><li><strong>Conduct</strong> basic Material requirements planning and develop purchasing plans.</li></ol><p><strong>Act as a liaison</strong> between <strong>prepress</strong>, <strong>procurement</strong> and <strong>production teams</strong> to ensure successful delivery of all client requirements.</p>
<p>We are looking for a seasoned <strong>warehouse manager</strong> with at least <strong>15 years of experience</strong> in the industrial sector. The successful candidate will lead our warehousing strategy, ensuring that our large-scale storage and distribution operations support our manufacturing goals with precision and efficiency.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p><strong>Strategic Oversight:</strong> Direct all warehouse activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules and supply chain objectives.</p><p><strong>Inventory Integrity:</strong> Implement advanced inventory control systems to manage high-volume raw materials and finished goods.</p><p><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Manage and mentor a large team of warehouse staff, supervisors, and loaders.</p><p><strong>Process Optimization:</strong> Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/6 Sigma) to reduce waste and operational costs.</p><p><strong>Compliance & Safety:</strong> Enforce strict industrial safety protocols and ensure compliance with international warehousing standards.</p>
