Responsibilities:-Manage day-to-day warehouse operations across headquarters and project sites.-Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials according to procedure.-Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances.-Coordinate with procurement, projects, and logistics for material deliveries and dispatches.-Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or slow-moving items, and support accordingly.-Implement proper storage methods to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.-Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.-Ensure compliance with safety, security, and HSE regulations within warehouses.-Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and discipline.<br>Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.- 10 years of work experience.- Previous experience in construction field.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Previous experience in construction or real estate development companies is preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, physical stocktaking, and ERP systems. Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Overview:Our client is a fast-growing Egypt based farming and Export company specializing in the cultivation, processing, and export of premium fresh fruits and vegetables to markets across Europe and the USA. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse and cold storage professional with at least five years of relevant experience who can help build and maintain the policies, procedures, and operational processes needed to support the company’s continued growth.<br>Responsibilities:Manage daily operations across all warehouse sites, ensuring consistent procedures, discipline, and performance standards. Oversee receiving, storage, transfers, picking, loading, dispatching, returns, and stock movement between internal and external locations. Optimize warehouse space, layout, racking, product segregation, and traffic flow. Maintain cold chain conditions, temperature records, FIFO/FEFO, batch control, expiry control, and traceability. Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Food Safety teams to meet hygiene, sanitation, pest control, allergen control, and food safety standards. Ensure accurate inventory records for finished goods, raw and semi-finished products, packaging materials, pallets, spare parts, and consumables. Lead cycle counts, stock counts, reconciliations, variance investigations, and timely Odoo transactions. Report on stock levels, capacity utilization, aging stock, losses, damages, temperature deviations, and warehouse performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.<br>Required Skills and Competencies• Leadership: Leads multi-site teams with accountability.• Cold storage: Oversees freezer operations, temperature control, loading, product safety, and cold chain risks.• Inventory control: Maintains stock accuracy, resolves variances, and reduces losses.• Planning: Aligns production, dispatch, capacity, labor, and equipment.• Problem solving: Handles deviations, mismatches, delays, breakdowns, and urgent orders.• Communication: Coordinates with production, quality, finance, procurement, logistics, and management.• Systems: Uses Excel and Odoo for inventory, transactions, reports, transfers, purchasing, and production stock. • Compliance: Ensures safety, hygiene, documentation, traceability, and audit readiness. Qualifications and Education:<br>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Agriculture, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of warehouse, cold storage, logistics, or supply chain experience. Previous experience in frozen food, food manufacturing, agriculture processing, FMCG, cold chain logistics, or temperature-controlled warehousing is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse documentation, ERP, Odoo warehouse and inventory transactions, and warehouse KPIs. Practical knowledge of food safety, hygiene, traceability, FIFO, FEFO, batch control, and cold chain requirements. Experience managing multiple warehouse sites, shift operations, and high-volume inbound and outbound movements.
