Key ResponsibilitiesLead the project from mobilization, execution, testing and commissioning through final handover.Develop, monitor, and control the project program, budget, cash flow, cost, resources, and overall progress.Manage and coordinate architectural, technical office, MEP, electrical, and specialist systems throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure timely preparation and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, inspections, and technical documentation.Coordinate closely with the Technical Office and Procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of critical and long-lead materials.Manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring productivity, quality, progress, resources, and contractual performance.Identify and proactively manage project risks, technical issues, delays, cost overruns, and potential claims.Develop and implement recovery and corrective action plans when required.Review and manage variations, additional works, claims, and commercial issues in coordination with the Commercial/Contracts team.Provide senior management with regular and accurate reports covering progress, cost, cash flow, procurement, resources, risks, and project performance.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.12+ years of relevant experience in architectural fit-out, finishing, and renovation projects.Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or equivalent senior project leadership position.Proven experience managing large-scale, high-value, or complex fit-out/renovation projects.Strong knowledge of architectural finishing works, construction methods, project planning, cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management.Good knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.Very good command in English.PMP certification is preferred.   BenefitsSocial & Medical InsuranceAnnual BonusCompetitive Package<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي</li></ul>
