A leading industrial company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead plant operations, maintenance, and safety performance in a continuous-process manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost objectives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations, company procedures, and international safety standards.
Oversee maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance programs, shutdown planning, and asset reliability initiatives.
Monitor plant performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain operational KPIs and performance reports.
Support budget preparation, cost control, CAPEX projects, and operational planning.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in industrial operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management position.
Strong background in maintenance management, asset reliability, and operational excellence.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Gases, or other continuous-process industries is highly preferred.
Management of Change (MOC), and Permit-to-Work systems.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
