In this role, you will contribute to driving manufacturing excellence across the MENAP Business Unit through continuous improvement, digitalization, performance analytics, and governance. You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, maintenance, and operations teams while gaining exposure to multiple manufacturing sites across the business unit. Analyze manufacturing performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and operational reliability. Develop and maintain digital dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Design digital solutions that improve operational visibility and support data-driven decision-making. Contribute to the standardization of KPIs, governance, and performance management systems across manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for the creation of process orders, managing and executing orders for Bulk & Raw ingredient materials for the plant, and maintaining floor & system inventory accuracy.
