للتعيين الفوريمطلوب مدير مكتب فنيMEPلمشروع MEP Mega Projectتعلن شركة THURAYAA Construction & Business Solutions عن حاجتها لتعيين:MEP Technical Office Managerللعمل بمقر الشركة في التجمع الخامس – القاهرة، لإدارة أعمال المكتب الفني لمشروع MEP Mega Project بالمملكة العربية السعودية ، والذي يشمل أعمال Shop Drawings و As-Built Drawings، مع إمكانية السفر إلى المملكة العربية السعودية عند الحاجة للتنسيق مع فريق المشروع والعميل.المهام الوظيفيةقيادة وإدارة فرق المكتب الفني متعددة التخصصات(Electrical & Mechanical).الإشراف على جميع أعمال المكتب الفني الخاصة بالمشروع حتى الاعتماد النهائي.تخطيط وتوزيع الأعمال على فرق المكتب الفني، والإشراف على تنفيذها لضمان تحقيق المستهدفات والالتزام بالبرنامج الزمني وجودة المخرجات.مراجعة واعتماد مخططات Shop Drawings و As-Built Drawings قبل إرسالها للاعتماد.مراجعة جودة الأعمال والتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات المشروع قبل الاعتماد.قيادة وإدارة التنسيق الفني بين مالك المشروع والاستشاري، وفريق المشروع بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وفريق المكتب الفني في مصر، بما يضمن انسيابية سير العمل وتحقيق مستهدفات المشروع.تقديم الدعم الفني وحل المشكلات الفنية التي تواجه فريق العمل.مراجعة واعتماد التقارير الفنية الخاصة بالمشروع.الإشراف على تطبيق إجراءات وضوابط المكتب الفني.المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية مع فريق المشروع والعميل عند الحاجة.السفر إلى المملكة العربية السعودية عند الحاجة لمتابعة المشروع والتنسيق مع فريق العمل.الشروطبكالوريوس هندسة (كهرباء أو ميكانيكا).خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في المكتب الفني لمشروعات MEP.خبرة مثبتة في إدارة MEP Mega Projects.خبرة عملية قوية في إعداد ومراجعة واعتماد:Shop Drawings. As-Built Drawings. Redline Drawings.خبرة في التعامل مع:RIW / ITR.
