As a Technical Office Engineer, you will be the backbone of our production preparation, ensuring that every product is accurately designed, detailed, and optimized for manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Product Modeling & Design: Create highly accurate 3D models and 2D detailed engineering drawings for sheet metal products. Bill of Materials (BOM): Break down complex products into their core components and generate comprehensive, precise BOMs for production and purchasing. PROCESS SHEET: be able to issue process sheet with all details for sheet metal, turning, milling part, jigs, fixtures, and dies required. Sheet metal die design: it will be an adding experience required for our tasks. Offering: it is required to be capable for offering sheet metal parts required. Material Selection: Analyze and determine the exact material specifications, types, and thicknesses required for optimal product manufacturing and durability. Technical Documentation: Prepare nested layouts, cutting lists, bending sequences, and assembly instructions for the production floor. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between the design phase and the manufacturing floor to resolve any technical discrepancies and optimize production efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience specifically in Sheet Metal fabrication and manufacturing processes. Software Mastery: Proficient and advanced user of Solid Works, Auto CAD, and Siemens NX. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of sheet metal operations (punching, laser cutting, bending, welding) and material properties. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight production deadlines.
