<p>Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor fish feed extrusion machines to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance Monitor product quality during production and ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards Execute production line cleaning and sanitation programs according to company procedures. Collaborate with Production Engineers and other team members to achieve production objectives and KPIs Report operational issues, machine malfunctions, and quality concerns promptly to supervisors. Maintain accurate production and machine performance records. Adhere to all company safety, quality, and environmental regulations.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education Technical Diploma or equivalent technical qualification. Experience 2 4 years of experience as an Extruder Technician in feed manufacturing industries. Skills & Competencies Good understanding of extrusion process operations and equipment. Ability to identify and troubleshoot operational problems. Strong attention to quality and production standards. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
